Enduro Greece provides motorcycle tours, training, rally support, and related services (“Services”) through this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or booking a tour, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental consent.

  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Greek and EU law.

If you do not agree, you should not use this Site or book any of our Services.

3. Services and Bookings

3.1 Tour Information

Enduro Greece offers guided Enduro and Adventure motorcycle tours, courses, rally training and support, and custom-made packages.
All itineraries, prices, and inclusions are described on the Site and may change without prior notice due to operational or safety reasons.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are made online via Shopify or through direct contact with Enduro Greece.
A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit payment and send you written confirmation by email.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Deposits are generally 30% non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information during booking.

  • Hold a valid motorcycle license suitable for the tour type.

  • Follow the instructions and safety guidelines of our guides at all times.

  • Possess appropriate travel, medical, and accident insurance coverage.

  • Respect the environment, local communities, and Greek traffic laws.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, videos, logos, and other content displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of Enduro Greece or its partners and are protected under Greek and EU copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site without prior written permission.

6. Liability

Enduro Greece operates under the principle of “ride at your own risk”.

While we take all necessary safety measures, off-road and adventure motorcycle riding involve inherent risks.

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death during participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Damage to personal belongings or motorcycles unless caused by our fault.

  • Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

7. Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services without notice.
