How to Secure Your Enduro Tour

Booking your Enduro adventure with us is simple, flexible, and commitment-free until your dates are confirmed.
Our booking calendar is designed to make planning easy — whether you’re riding solo, with friends, or as part of a group.

Step 1: Choose Your Tour

Browse through our available Enduro and Adventure tours and select the one that best fits your schedule, riding level, and style.
Each tour page includes:

  • Duration and package type (Economy or All-Inclusive)

  • Included services and equipment

  • Possible riding locations and highlights

  • Price per rider

Once you’ve found your ideal ride, click “Book Now” to open the calendar.

Step 2: Select Your Preferred Dates

Use the calendar to select your desired start date.
If the date appears available, fill out the short inquiry form with your name, email, group size, and any special requests (like skill level or preferred terrain).

If your preferred date isn’t listed or you’re unsure, simply choose the closest available date — our team will contact you directly to finalize or adjust your booking.

Step 3: Confirmation & Communication

After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging your inquiry.
Our team will then review your chosen dates, group size, and requirements. Within 24–48 hours, we’ll contact you personally to confirm availability, finalize details, and answer any questions.

We believe in personal service — every booking is reviewed by a real rider, not an automated system.

Step 4: Deposit & Payment

Once your tour dates are confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot.
Payment is made via bank transfer, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival in Greece.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date or rider.

  • All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Step 5: Get Ready to Ride

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-tour email with everything you need to prepare:

  • Packing checklist

  • Gear options

  • Meeting point or airport pickup information

  • Local contact details
