CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair and transparent with all cancellations.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies based on the time before your scheduled departure:

• 7 – 8 weeks before departure:         50% refund

• 4 – 7 weeks before departure:         40% refund

• 2 – 4 weeks before departure:         25% refund

• 0 – 2 weeks before departure:         No refund

In the event of cancellation, any refundable amount will be transferred back to the client’s bank account.
Please note that initial deposits (30%) are non-refundable. Only additional payments made beyond the deposit amount will be eligible for refund, according to the timeline above.

Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges may apply and can vary between banks. Enduro Greece assumes no responsibility for these fees or differences.

If desired, clients may also reschedule their tour or transfer their deposit to another participant, subject to availability.
