REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, payments, and deposits made through Enduro Greece’s website  www.endurogreece.com or via direct communication with our team.

By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Deposit

To confirm your participation in any Enduro Greece tour, training, or event, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your spot, accommodations, and motorcycles and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or as otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice must be sent to info@endurogreece.com.
The amount refunded (excluding the non-refundable deposit) depends on when the cancellation notice is received:

Refunds are issued to the client’s bank account within 15 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Please note that bank transfer or transaction fees* may apply and vary by financial institution.
*Enduro Greece is not responsible for any fees charged by the client’s bank.

3. Rescheduling or Transfer

If you cancel your tour but wish to reschedule for another available date, we will apply your deposit toward the new booking at no extra cost, provided:

• The new tour date is within 12 months of the original booking, and

• You notify us at least four weeks before the original start date.

Alternatively, you may transfer your deposit to another participant by informing us in writing.

4. Cancellation by Enduro Greece

Enduro Greece reserves the right to cancel a tour for safety, weather, or operational reasons, or if the minimum number of riders (usually three) is not met.

In such cases, clients will be offered one of the following:

• Full refund of payments received (including the deposit), or

• The option to transfer the booking to another available date or tour.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as airfare, visa fees, or personal travel arrangements.

5. Force Majeure

Enduro Greece cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control such as extreme weather, natural events, strikes, or travel restrictions.
In such cases, we’ll always do our best to reschedule your tour or offer credit for a future date.

6. Modifications to the Itinerary

Our tours may be subject to route changes or adjustments due to weather, terrain, or local conditions.
Such modifications are made for the safety and enjoyment of all participants and do not entitle the client to a refund.

7. No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to arrive for the scheduled tour or training without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
